Our friends and guests from Nagano, Japan took over the kitchen at Glacier View Lodge to prepare an outstanding Japanese-style dinner which included the catches-of-the-day: salmon and crab. With knives flashing and traditional bandanas, our kitchen was transformed into something out of an international cooking show. What a great week we had giving a real Alaska experience to our guests…and getting a true Japanese experience in return.
